This large 3 bedroom villa situated on a 1300 sq m on the edge of rice terraces has been designed so that guests can enjoy the unsurpassed views from almost the entire villa. The stunning 18m x 7 meter split level living / dining area has been designed for relaxation and entertainment and provides optimum enjoyment of the unsurpassed Rice paddy and unforgettable Sunset views. This area with its high Alang-Alang traditional ceilings, the cool terracotta floor tiles and natural cream walls is the very essence of tropical living. Overhead, gun-metal coated Ceiling fans and the gentle breeze blowing in from the rice paddy ensure everyone is kept cool. Ample seating is provided in the lounge area so everyone can relax in and listen to the excellent surround sound speakers discretely hidden in the ceiling.

The dinning area houses a solid wood Dining table that comfortably seats 8 with adjoining bar to enjoy that pre dinner cocktail. The villa has been designed with traditional Balinese building materials with high vaulted Alang-Alang Ceilings, “BenKiri” Wooden floors and Balconies, Teraso Open air bathroom and walls adorned with colorful local Balinese artwork creates a refreshing Tropical environment but offers the discerning traveler 5 Star accommodation and service.

The villa also has a fully functional office located off the Master bedroom which offers broadband email connection should you need to catch up with emails whilst the rest of your party and family can relax and enjoy the villa.

	Reservation Place a reservation inquiry for Awali To reserve a villa through Book Villas in Bali please do the followings: 1. Fill in the form below properly and click SUBMIT. 2. As most villas are private holiday home of the owners, we need to final check its availability before accepting any bookings. We shall return to you with an answer within a maximum of 24 hours. If you do not get any respond within the such time window, please contact us on email. 3. Once availability assured, you need to immediately make your decision and confirm the booking. Before you explicitly confirm the booking, the villa remains available in the market for your intended period. 4. Once you confirmed, we will send you an invoice mentioning amount you have to pay and detail payment instructions. We will hold the villa for 5 working days, within which your payment has to reach our account. Shorter period may apply for last minute bookings. If we do not receive your payment within the period, we will put the villa back into the market for your requested period. Should you have any problem to comply this arrangement, please let us notified as early as possible. 5. As soon as we receive your payment in our account, we will issue a booking confirmation notice to both confirm your booking and acnowledge arrival of your payment into our account. Please note that we require the full amount into our account, which means you shall cover all costs related to the fund remittance. You shall pay any possible discrepancy upon arrival.
